Convenient location with a tram stop and S-bahn nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Spacious and clean room with all the necessary amenities like a kettle and toiletries. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of options and the option to order room service in advance.
Check-in process was slow and staff could have been more efficient and friendly. the waiting time was quite long and there didn't seem to be enough staff at the reception.
